Prices and availability of goods and services are subject to change and all prices include UK VAT, irrelevant of your geographical territory.ﾠ
We aim to have all pricing on ScootHQ correct, however on rare occasions errors do occur. If this does happen, we’ll email you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order if you do not wish to pay the difference. Should you decide to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund, please note there can be a short delay in the money appearing in your account due to bank processing time outside of our control.
Please be aware that customisation services such as Bar Cutting and Scooter Pre Assembly may cause a 24-48 hour delay in dispatching your order
Ordered before 5pm?
If you've ordered before 5pm (GMT/BST) Monday-Friday, we always aim to dispatch the same day, wherever in the world you’re based.
If you’re based in the UK (mainland), selected next working day delivery, then as long as long there’s no stock issues you should the item is in stock and being delivered to a UK mainland address. Please note that this service is not guaranteed due to courier circumstances out of our immediate control.
If you happen to be unavailable when delivery of the parcel is attempted, we instruct the couriers to try to leave your goods with a neighbour where possible. A signature is required to reduce risk of potential theft.
If the driver is unable to do this, our couriers are instructed to leave a delivery card with instructions. On rare occasions, the couriers can leave in a ‘safe place’, but they are not obligated to.
If you have paid for delivery of a service for a specific time, and we have dispatched it on time with the correct service, unfortunately we cannot be held liable to refund if the couriers outside of our direct control do not delivery within this time. However, we do promise to do all we can to help ensure this does occur, and if there’s any issues, we’ll be more than willing to do what we can.
Delivery to each country are slightly different speeds. We dispatch all our international parcels via Pacelforce or Fedex, and the parcels are transferred across to the local courier delivery companies in your relevant country when it gets there.
We aim to provide you with a tracking number so you can see where your parcel is and when to expect delivery.
Please do not refuse a delivery from the courier company. The cost involved in processing and returning the parcel is £15 and the customer will be charged this amount if delivery is refused.
ScootHQ has a simple 30 Day returns upon receipt of the goods.
In order for returns and exchanges to be accepted, the ordered items need to show no signs of having been worn/used, and parts cannot have been customised in any way.
If we have made any form of error sending the wrong product, we must be made aware within 30 days of the delivery. We will then do our best fix this this efficiently, and leave you happy and satisfied with our service.
If an item returned does show signs of use, unless proven to be faulty at the point of sale, please be aware the customer is responsible for any returns costs.
Within 30 Days of receipt of the items?
Simple 30 days retailer warranty on all orders with genuine manufacturer defects.
More than 30 Days?
We work with the brands/suppliers to see if it can be covered under warranty for you (usually it is, but depends on the way the damage has occurred).
Still not covered but within 6 months of purchase?
We offer a crash replacement policy, where we offer a goodwill policy of 25% discount off your next order with us for the same/alternative replacement item, not including postage costs.
If you have asked for a refund and it's been confirmed by one of our team as issued, just be aware due to the way the banks work it can be up to 3 working days to appear in your account. If you've got the money showing in your bank after this time, do contact us and we can see if we can find out why and try to fix any issue.
International Orders & Customs Duty
In some rare cases, international customs duty needs to be paid on delivery. We will try to avoid this where we can for customers, please be aware the customer is liable for this and is also liable for any returns costs associated to ourselves due to unpaid duty costs.
Marketing, Messaging & Newsletters
With regards, we’ll not directly communicate any marketing information via email or facebook messaging without your prior consent on the website to ensure we are fully in line with GDPR.
You can easy unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any newsletter / update or via facebook messenger.
VAT Excluded Areas
If your purchase is from VAT excluded areas of the United Kingdom or elsewhere worldwide, we sadly cannot offer any credit on VAT for these orders, we simply invoice out the amount without VAT in the total. It’s important you are aware of this before placing your order with ourselves.

ScootHQ.com reserves the right to cancel any order up to the point of delivery.
This rarely happens but is something we must cover just in case. For failed deliveries due to a customer repeatedly not being available (or the wrong address details being provided), there will be a £5.00 courier fee to return your parcel to us. Similarly, if the delivery is refused upon arrival there will be a £15.00 courier fee.
After the first delivery attempt you can arrange to collect your parcel from the nearest depot by calling the number left on your ‘missed delivery’ card.
To avoid any charges, please make sure accurate delivery details are given and that someone is available to receive the parcel.
If for any reason you receive your goods with a defect or cosmetic damage, please contact us before use; we'll be more than happy to help. We require contact within 30 days of delivery and for the item to be returned to us within a further 14 days. Unfortunately, if there are signs of use upon return we will not be able to refund or replace your item(s).
ScootHQ.com will not tolerate rude or abusive speech or email content. We endeavour to help our customers to the best of our abilities as our aim is to serve and meet our customer's requirements, so we appreciate your polite cooperation.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in situations where ScootHQ.com deems it necessary.
We will advise you as best we can, but we cannot be held responsible if a particular part does not work with your setup. We will, of course, still be happy to accept unsuitable items for refund or exchange, so long as they are unused and purchased less than 30 days prior to return.
