Our returns process and policy couldn't be simpler!

What's exactly your policy?

A simple 30 days returns period is available from purchase date, this covers any reason needed to return, excluding warranty. Full details are shown below.

How do I return my order?

Returns Steps 1-4

1. Request a Form
If you would like to return your order please email us at [email protected] and we will be able to provide a pre-paid Collect+ returns form

2. Package the Return
Pack the item up with the returns form inside of it. Make sure not to put packaging tape on the product box/packaging itself.

3. Attach a Delivery Sticker

If UK Based:
Place the Collect Plus Returns Label on the packaged box .

Please note there's a cost of £4.95 for using the Collect Plus Returns service.

You are also welcome to arrange the return by your own means too (Royal Mail, Personal Courier, etc) however this will be at your own cost.

4. Drop at the Local Shop or Delivery Company
If UK Based:
Drop the packaged item at a local Collect+ Plus shop – go to to locate your closest shop.

If outside of the UK:

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a prepaid returns service for international orders. However if you would like to return your goods, please use the returns address below:

Returns & Exchanges Policies (the boring bit):

Check you meet the below requirements before returning:
1. You've received your order within 30 days, or selected the gift option when placing the order for extended returns period of 60 days.
2. Items need to show no signs of use & returned in original packaging
3. Your item hasn't been customised, this includes pre-built scooters.


If the item received is faulty or is a potential warranty issue?
Email us with details first – [email protected] with details and a photo ideally plus your order number with us. Full warranty policy details are found here.

How long does it take to get my refund?
Depending upon the courier delivery speeds, we always sort all returns within 1 week of receipt, so we generally advise to plan for 2 weeks at maximum unless an unforeseen issue comes up.

Do I get a full refund?
Yes you do, except for any relevant delivery costs included in fulfilling or returning your order.

E&OE. We are not able to cover the cost of sending an item via courier or special delivery unless authorisation has been given prior to returning. Please do not put sticky tape or labels directly onto the packaging or product box, you will be be charged for the resulting damage.

If you are returning your goods for an exchange, we will send out the exchange item FREE of charge, if in UK Mainland. The Collect+ cost still applies. Unfortunately, for international orders we are unable to offer a free exchange service. Due to the costs involved, customers are responsible for shipping postage.

Please be aware if you try and return your order after the 30 day period, your return will not be accepted and your item(s) will be sent back out to you (unless exceptional circumstances apply).
